  • A $15 bookkeping fee per room will be imposed on ALL cancellations.
  • Cancellations less than 8 days before the reservtion will result in a charge against your credit card for the lengtth of your stay.  There will be no refund unless we can re-book the room.

  • CHECK OUT is at 11am.
  • All rates are based on double occupancy.  Each additional person is $20/day.
  • Children over the age of 8 are welcome. Inquire about younger children.
  • We accept MC and Visa cards but prefer a check or cash.
